Telecommuters rely on their home equipment. PCs are so reliable today that that generally isn’t a problem. But it can be. Here are links to ten organizations that offer online repair. Of course, telecommuters employed by an organization with an IT department should work through them. Also, keep in mind that I do not endorse any of these organizations. But the list is a good place to start if you are having trouble — but still have the ability to reach the Internet.
